We encourage applicants to explore other funding avenues like PTPTN first, and MSEAF will assist in covering the remaining balance of tuition fees.
The applicant must be a Malaysian citizen of Sikh descent.
The applicant must demonstrate financial need to qualify for the loan, as the funding is intended to assist students facing financial constraints in pursuing their education.
The applicant must meet the academic entry requirements of the program they are applying for. This includes being accepted or currently enrolled in a recognized educational institution (local or international).
Applicants must provide proof of enrolment or an acceptance letter from the institution where they will be pursuing their studies.
Applicants are encouraged to apply for PTPTN funding first. MSEAF will assist with the remaining balance of tuition fees after PTPTN has been approved or if PTPTN is not applicable.
MSEAF supports students pursuing Certificate, Diploma, or Degree programs in recognized fields of study.
